Hi,

I lost job and got new one after 3 months. I applied for workpermit through a lawyer to change it but it took very long time to process (100days) and finaly they rejected saying that my nationality(Indian) can not work under law of AuG. Now my Lawyer is looking for other optioins.

I am not clear on below
1. Am I eligible to stay in Germany as I didnt get the work permit more than 3 months but my lawyers are processing it
2. My lawyer says that I can go to work place to get training or non-paid work. Is this valid after these long?
3. Since I do not have salary paid since three months I didnt pay any tax, insurance, social security. -what will be the impact of these?
4. Will i get work permit with different options that lawyers are looking for?

I am in Germany for 1 yr 4 months now. My Blue card is valid till 2018
