Hi Friends ,

I have a query . I know it has been talked before but I could not find it as this is a specific question.

I am deputed to Germany for 3 years till 2015 . I am a non -EU citizen.
Can I look for a local company and apply for blue card from here in Germany.
My salary is more than 50000 Euros . The important thing is that is it possible for me to apply for blue card from HERE if I have the job letter of local company
(Big German MNC) . Can a lawyer help .

Also if I apply for blue card , will the time which I work here on Residence Permit will be taken into account in granting of Permanent Residenship .

This is an important question as I have to plan for my future depending on these.
Looking forward for your replies which will help me and community in general .
