Did anyone have any experiences with Rechtschutzversicherung in visa questions?
E.g. if you involve a lawyer to apply for visa extension or NE or any other visa related issues, does the Rechtschutzversicherung cover the resulting costs?
The information in the Insurance conditions (AGBs) is not 100% clear, that's why it would be intersting to know that by experience of someone here in the forum!

No. If they did, they would have to apply special tariffs for foreigners and that would be very problematic from point of view of legal system.

It is possible to create a company that would provide only insurances for legal cases in visa questions of course, but you see - it's practically impossible to calculate tariffs for such an insurance without a big risk to lose lots of money
