Hi everyone,
The visitor application and then the reviw of my elders has been refused. The next step suggested by embassy is to appeal against the decision in Verwaltungsgericht in Berlin.
Could any one please guide me what is the process?
Can I appeal on bahlf of my parents?
What is the silent period among next embassy application? i.e when are they eligible to re-apply for the visa?
