Hi,

Is is possible to apply for Family reunion visa just immediately after getting Visit Visa for Germany? I want to invite my spouse on visit visa and meanwhile ,if possible ,the process of family reunion gets completed( marriage verification etc). My spouse go back after 3 months , take new  family reunion visa and come again to Germany.Is it must for my spouse to be present back home during verification of marriage?
Any one tried it before?

They don't varify each and every case, but If they do ( in some countries like Pak, Ind, Ban)  Then the presence of spouse is a must while they ask her/him questions, ask for pictures/bills etc other than verifying documents from local Town councils,
