UK resident needs Van der Elst for Germany -URGENT

Hallo All,

My situation is a bit complicated so i need some support.
I have Indian Passport and hold Tier 1 Visa and work for a company in UK and we have offices in Germany.
I've been sold to our german office for a client in Germany.
I've been visiting Germany on Schengen Business Visa but is not enough due to the 90days restriction.
I learned from a colleague that i should process Van der elst Visa which allows me to temporarily work in Germany.
Does any one knoe the documents or templates of the documents required for the Visa.
The link in the embassy website is not very clear.

I would appreciate if you anyone could send me a template of the documentation.
Also will it be a problem later during the settlement in UK
