Hi All,

I have a friend who is doing his 2nd masters in Germany. He has already finished his first masters in Germany. last week he got a new job contract. He now wants to stop his 2nd masters, and wants to join the job.
Is there any chances for visa refusal due to his incomplete 2nd masters?
He has told me that he knew a guy who was refused his job visa when he wanted to start the job during his 2nd masters.

dont worry, u will get as i got GC in dec when i was doing my seconds masters. i did quit study and joined to work.

as a matter of fact the case is for me friend - i personally have already got Eg.

i also know many many guys who changed to job quiting their studies. but i wanted to know if there is any barriers according to law to change his current status to job. do you any idea?

It is not important if it is his 2. Master or what ever.
Problem is that if you search job during Studium you are in the same position as every Ausländer der in Ausland ist.
Meaning you have to pass job market check.
So your future firma should do clever job description so that only you fit in in the position.

I think even if you end Studium you still have to go trough JMC.
