I remember seeing some posts about company set up in UK.

Does anyone have more information on this ? i.e.
- what investment is needed?
- what are visa/other formalities involved for a person in Germany on student visa to set up a company in UK?
- are there any proffessional services available in Munich?
- Would also be great to know fair comparison between setting up a company in Germany and UK... which one is better?
