Hi !

Is it allowed to do a very small buisness, eg. to sell greeting cards, small gift articles, etc. at home (making an advertisement in paper/public places)with the residence permit-Aufenthaltserlabnis (mentioning "allowed to work" at bottom)? This is not reselling of your own household things which everyone can do, I think.
Does anybody know ?

If you are here 3 y you can try to get Eg and then you can make your own Firma. Than it is allowed.
Unfortunately if you do it with Firma you have to pay some taxes but on the other hand you can get lots of expences back with tax return.

Maybe it goes even without firma. Don't know.

But do not ask ABH people about it. They do not know their job and especcialy not this. Try at Finanzamt.
