NE and "more than 6 monts unregistered in Germany"

Alternar
"Die Niederlassungserlaubnis eines Ausländers, der sich mindestens 15 Jahre rechtmäßig im Bundesgebiet aufgehalten hat sowie die Niederlassungserlaubnis seines mit ihm in ehelicher Lebensgemeinschaft lebenden Ehegatten erlöschen nicht nach Absatz 1 Nr. 6 und 7, wenn DEREN LEBENSUNTERHALT gesichert ist"

Hi,

does anyone get this kind of special NE ?
or does anyone know more about this ?

I've heard, even if you are already more than
15 years in Germany, it does not necesserly meet
the requiment.

At the Time, you would come back to Germany again , Your income should be save, meaning for example: you can already get the german pension in this case you have to be than 65 ??????

Is this the correct interpretation ?
How should we interpretate the sentence "wenn DEREN LEBENSUNTERHALT gesichert ist" ?

Thanks a lot.

Well, when you have a handsome sum in your account and/or when you have a job with a reasonable pay in Germany(where you do not need a workpermit to take the job in your mentioned case) and/or any other source of regular income (including the possibility of pension payment) then your "Lebensunterhalt is gesichert"..

Hi lacrima,

thanks for your reply,

"you have a handsome sum in your account and/or when you have a job with a reasonable pay in Germany(where you do not need a workpermit"

Does it mean, you have to have a job contract with a salary more than 86 K/Year, or some money in your german bank account ( How much ..?)
so that they will allow you to come back again to Germany. This is realy unrealistic !!

Even after living more than 15 years, they still need these requirements.

Thanks
