Does any one know what is Sorgerechtsbeschluss ? and is it necessary if the child is with the parents itself ?

Background: I recently had my baby in Prague and I want to apply for his German visa. Among the list of documents required for German visa, Sorgerechtsbeschluss is also something which is required. I understand that this is a custody resolution. But I assume this is required when the child is not under the custody of his/her parents, which is not in our case.

Would anyone know if this is required in case the child is with the parents ? and if yes, then where and how can we get this ?
