Dear all,

My name is Luiz, I am fro brazilian, and my wife has double citizenship (brazilian/german). We currently are living in France, where I have a contract in the University until september, when my visa also finishs. However, my wife got pregnant (baby previewed to december) and my other job will only start in december 2010 or january 2011, which means that for a couple of months I would be illegal in France. Therefore I would like to know if I can apply for some kind of visa due the fact that I am married with an European citizen (from German) but living in France, that would allow me to stay until the baby born. Any response will be really appreciated
