Dear Forum Experts,

I have recently got an electonice visa and since I have been living in Germany past 4 years I would like to know if this visa entitels me to work in neighbouring countries like UK and Switzerland ? Earlier my visa was tied to a company but now it says erwerbstaetigkeit gestattett 18 ABS 4 S 1.

I know for sure that now I am not tied to an employer and I can as well work as free lancer in Germany but does this visa allow me to work in Swiss or UK as I am planning to change my employer and at the moment there are quite a few opportunity in neighbouring countries.

I would really appreciate if I can get any help in this regard.

Thanks for the feedback however may I know if I can find an official site where it states that Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet meaning it
is possible to take up any employment and/or self-employment ?

I got a confirmation from auslaeneramt official that it is possible for me to now change my employer also I can work as freelancer but the employer says they need zusatzblatt however I did not get any annexure with my new electronic visa.
