Hi guys,
Any idea about a company going insolvenz???? coz i received a letter saying that coz my company is going insolvenz, i should sign my resignation...... (funny thing is that,,, the letter is from an anwalt not from my firma)i enquired about it with my firma and it could happen....... so, if anyone has any idea about this situation, like whether i am entitiled to any "insolvenzausfallgeld"?? if so how can i claim it.. i have worked for the company for about 1.6 yr.......
