Switching Employers while on deputation from India with a Secondment

My scenario and these is my understanding so far,  

1. I came to Germany on a 'secondment' deputation contract from my parent Indian Company. India has a SSA (social security agreement) with Germany therefore I do not pay Umemployment and Social Security taxes here.  

2. My Aufenthaltserlaubnis is valid till end of 2019 and it says '18 Abs.4 S.1' under Anmerkungen.  

3. I now have a offer from a German GmBH.  

4. If I put in my notice in my parent company, my secondment will end in 30 days post which I will be a employee of Indian Parent company, meaning I will have to travel back and serve the rest of my notice period(2 months) from India.  

Now to my questions,  

Q1. When I travel back to India for 2 Months, should I de-register myself? Will de-registering cause my Aufenthaltserlaubnis to become invalid?
Q2. Anything I need to do (like applying for a new work permit) before I leave?
Q3. Can I come back with the same Aufenthaltserlaubnis without any problems?
