Coming to the conditions for getting a PR ,

Is a 3 year experience and 4 year legal stay in Germany enough to get PR?

Or does the salary level comes into play in making the final decision?

Nope.
First it is 5 years.
Second, you need 60 Rentenbeiträge too.

3 year expereince and 4 year legal stay will not get anyone a PR!! It will ease the waiting time to get a workpermit.

Only 60 months of pension will lead to a PR or 84 K or a scientist.

It seems people who work in Uni as Wiss-Mitarbeiter will not get PR beacuse they look for someone who has invented something or maybe even a nobel prize winner. The best news for the day is that the work which is done with A-Bewelligung will be also counted for NE. If you had paid renten with your A-bewelligung, you then can count for NE.

In my case, i worked 1 year as Wiss_mitarbeitat and 3 years in GC. I need to wait only for one year to apply for my NE.

I also carry smiles like DVD for the last 2 days :-) .-).. But i will anyway apply only through Trust7(VPMK) for my NE..
