HI Guys,

I have a notice period of 6 weeks to quarter ending and i have still 26 holidays left. So that means i can resign by Nov 15 th and stop working by Nov 30th.

Is it right, or can the company have any rights against this, like if it wants me not to take these holidays or something like that. I have been working in this company since 3.8 years.

Your input will be valuable, as if it is possible then i can take up a job from Dec 1 2004.

Hi,

You could also work up to the end of the notice period, but to ask the company to pay for these 26 days. I did it an year ago.
But, that the taxes for this extra income are veri high!
