I´m moving to Stuttgardt in the next days (a new job) and, as you might guess, I am having difficultities to find a new flat.

If there are GCs who live in Stuttgart who may give me advice about it, it would be really great.

I already tried with the "help" of one Immobilien, but after a spoken deal, she sent me the contract with another rent value (of course, more expensive. What a MAFIA!).

I´m looking for some simple, for a single person, I will pay max. 400 EUR (Inc. NK).

if you wanted to work in Mannheim i would say: you pay no rent, i have a suitable flat AND entertainment possibilities ;)
