Currently I am having some trouble with ABH to extend my residendemce permit. I couldn't convince them to apply neither §46 nor § 9 of BeschVerfV.
Lately I've found the BMI's answer letter here in the forms and I think that it might help for my situation. IMHO, it will be useful if I show them the original one too(which was sent to BMI). Where can I download it (preferably a scanned one like the ones in http://www.e77.de)? I mean, I already saw some 'vorschlag's in the forums, but I am not sure which one was the original one.

But I meant the letter which was sent to BMI.
I mean, in the letter from BMI, the beamter has answered some questions. What I am looking for is these questions actually.
