can somebody put a light on following questions?

what happens when i leave germany after getting NE??

1) Is my visa valid as long as i visit germany every 6 months?

2) Do i need to have anmeldung somewhere?

3) How is it going to work with Health Insurance? is it necessary that i have insurance as long as i have anmeldung here?

Hmm.. that is a bit tricky. Just visiting the country every 6 months would not be enough. Officials may somehow at some point find out that your main residence is not germany and can lead to an automatic expiry of your NE.

PS: I know people doing this 6 month stuff but they all have regular income in Germany.(Most of them are retired guys) without having any income in Germany and without paying taxes here, it is really tricky.
