Arbeitsamt rejected my Arbeitserlaubnis saying that I am paid too less. They gave a letter saying if you find it wrong then answer before 19 December, otherwise I have to leave Germany on 19 January. Does a lawyer´s help will be benificient in this case ? I give the link of the problem I have

Ausländersbehörde gave me very short time to find a new job 19 December:-( It is very difficult. Are there any possibilities of extending Visa on request ?

You can try with VPMK but as said before, your case is quite special and none of the things that I know relates to it, so better ask a specialist.

I just wanted to tell you that this 19.12. Frist is to hard cos:
1. you are not criminal
2. people that finished uni few months later get 1 year to search for job
3. you already worked in D and payed some contributions so you deserve at least year as those who finish uni now.

so it is almost impossible to find job until 19.12 cos you should start 3 months ago.
best is to
1. talk to some lawyer about your leagal possibilities and than to
2. talk to ABH if they could extend Frist in peacefull manner and if it does not work
3. get a lawyer VPMK z.B.

you could also see with your Lab what could they do for you, cos they made whole problem. they should inform you 3 MONTHS EARLIER.

In addition to DvD I would like to add that their letter also means that if you don't reply to them till 19th then it would be considered that you agree to their letter. If for any reason, you have any other point of view, then send them a letter before 19th with what so ever argument. Sending a letter would remove the condition of leaving till 19th as they will again have to reply you with their own argument and a new date. This would give you more time. Send any letter with einschreiben. This will act as proof that you had sent a letter. This all I am telling from my own experience.

Thank you very much for your answers. I would take a letter from my laboratory saying that they need some more time for making a new contract. I will call her and go to her directly and give this letter. Do I have to write something or is this enough ? It made me terrify really when I saw so less time.

From whom do I have to also sign it ? You mean from my laboratory..So, may be I think it would be better to write two letters one from me and one from my lab and then post them together with einschreiben. Later I will call her if she got my letter.

Get an acknowledgement to the communication. Thats what I meant.

And the ack must be from the person or office to whom its adressed.

you can give this letter but it is better to do both: give it and also to send it per post as Anschreiben.

you do not have to write anything beside this letter. this letter could be enough but then your Firma must ask for more time to do new contract in letter.

Correct me if i am wrong. Anschreiben is a cover letter and Einschreiben means registered letter.

it would be best if u post the letter instead of giving it personally. Go to post and tell them that you want to send this as einschreiben. This will mean that u will get one receipt. On other hand it also means that the receiving party will have to sign that they have received this post, sent by you.
