According to the new Zuw.gesetz, can the spouse of a former GC´ler get a workpermit after 1 year or 2 years? Answers or links will be appreciated.

According to §29 Para (5), its possible that a spouse who joins a GC in Germany, to work right from Day 1. One of my friends in Munich got it for his wife.
