Reagrding my new contract i have some questions..

i hope you guys can help me ,,

I came to germany on april 2001. from april2001 to july2001 i worked for siemens without green card,means just with arbeitsbewelligung.

but from 08/2001 to 06/2004 i worked in Germany with greencard visa.after that i was arbeitslös until april2004.

but recently i have got a new contract in Germany as unbefreistet position.but when i went to ABH they gave me visa as §27.2,without company name.

did i get the right visa?

and

can i go to ABH at the end of april2006 to get Niederlasung erlaubnis?( i have been living in germany since april2001,but my greencard expires on 08/2006)
