Filing a Case against Netherlands buyer

Hi,

May be this is not the right place, but I hope that you can direct me to the right place.

I am working as an IT employee in a German company. I have a friend who is doing export business in my native country (India). He was having a buyer from netherlands. My friend sent Goods to the buyer that worth around 4000 € (this happened before one year). But the buyer did not sent the money and there is no proper response from their side so far.

My friend has all the papers that were signed by the buyers company. May be the buyer thought that my friend has no one in EU. My friend asked me if I can help him in some ways.

How I can screw the netherlands buyer? I have planned to visit the buyers place with the copies of their signed papers and make them afraid. Do you think that is wise? Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Hi,

"...Do you think that is wise?..."

No, it isn't. You need a lawyer who will know better the way to use those documents against the company. Meanwhile, you and your friend shouldn't say anything to the company. It is better to take them by surprise.

Good luck,

Alex

"My friend sent Goods to the buyer that worth around 4000 € (this happened before one year)."

very stupid, if it's software ... couldn't he use some Treuhänder for the transaction?

"I have planned to visit the buyers place with the copies of their signed papers and make them afraid."

That will make them laugh and will surely make them resist paying so long as they can resist it

"How about using the service of some Inkasso firm ?? Google for inkasso, you sould find many ..."

those inkasso companies are mainly used by friends of people that have good management positions in big corporations ;) for you they will do nothing except sending you invoice for their services *lol*

"How I can screw the netherlands buyer?"

does the firma even exist -still-, have you proved it? how much capital? i mean they could register english Ltd. especially for your friend with 1 pfund for capital ... you need to get info about that firma before you do something else ... for german companies you get all the info you need from Creditreform, know nothing about the ones with address in NL ...

WHY DID HE SEND GOODS WITHOUT KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT HIS PARTNER?
