Where did you study? What did you study?  How many years was your degree?

1)  Post diploma in Plastic mould technology.(4 Years) from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and     Technology (INDIA).This Institute is not listed in anabin..

2) Bachelor in arts (3 year degree ,Non techenical degree) from Magadh University (INDIA).This university is listed in anabin.

3 year Indian BAs are not generally recognised in Germany. 

If your PG Diploma is not recognised as an academic qualification, you won't be able to obtain a Blue Card. 

I would highly recommend having your qualifications evaluated by the ZAB before you start to look for jobs.

I have a similary query and need your suggestion and help on my case.

I'm an IT professional with 15 years of experience and I have got the job offer from Germany, I got my contract letter also last month. I have a bachelor degree in  Arts (3 years study) from Saurashtra University - Gujarat India. Saurashtra university is showing H+ in anabin database however my Bachelor of Arts degree is not mentioned.  I want to know whether my degree is recognized same as German degree or not? Will I face any issue in getting Blue card Visa?

May anyone tell me that whether in my case I have to have my degree recognized by ZAV officially?  Or my university is recognized as H+ means all degrees issued by it will be considered same as German degrees?

Your degree probably won't be considered equivalent,  however, you can still apply for a regular work permit (and you will be subject to the Vorrangprüfung).
