I have been trying to get a job in germany since 2013.But No luck. One Consultant suggested me to learn Germany,Then search a job. Does it work? Any Suggestions. Thanks,

It will improve your chances enormous if you speak German! It is very hard, even for very experienced engineers, to find a job without German, but it is not impossible. Good luck Detlef
