I have an offer to do some research for an organization here as a consultant. I am allowed to work 120 full days in a year. Can i work as a consultant on student visa in Germany? If it doesn't exceed that 120 days limit, it should be possible. Another possibility is getting a worker's visa with that job and continue your PhD alongside, a work visa has several important benefits over student's visa. It has several other requirements and I don't know your case, but just letting you know so you can consider your options.
