Is it possible to bring parents once you become the citizen of Germany?

Alternar
I have unlimited residence permit and after 8 years of living I can apply for the citizenship of Germany. I would like to know is there any option to bring parents when I become German citizen. Hoping to hear if soon if someone know about this. Thanks a lot in advance.

If you mean to bring your parents "permanently" after becoming a German citizen, then the short answer is "no". (Only in exceptional cases where parents are physically dependent on you because of severe illness or smt.)

They can visit you for 3 months period with a visitor visa and it should be theoretically more difficult for the German Authorities to refuse a visa application when the applicant's son is a German Citizen. That is the only main advantage I can see. Other than that, your parents can not "inherit" any benefits from your citizenship status.(Only your children can do this..)
