Hi all,

My wife has a German entry visas of type 'D' (with VALID FOR: DEUTSCHLAND written on top) for 3 months and the extension is due on 23.10 (due to no appointments before that). We are planning to go on vacation to some neighbouring Schengen Countries (Italy, Swiss etc.) but I am a little skeptical that she is allowed to travel. I know for Type 'C' visa (Tourist) its specifically written Schenegen Statten.

Anyone with the similar experience in the past?. Would really appreciate some suggestions/thoughts?
