No, I'm not a student anymore.( I'm a 2012 graduate). This internship is just relates to my Universityu specialization.

Then you can try to apply for a Weiterbildungspraktikum(§§ 17, 39 AufenthG). Your prospective employer should contact the ZAV.

I will really apreciate if you can share your experience with the internship visa under Weiterbildungspraktikum condition, of course if you managed to get one :-) I am interested how long the procedure takes, and what is the exact mechanics of the process (like employer contacting ZAV and than you going with the ZAV confirmation to the embassy).
