Dear Experts,

one of the documents required for Blue Card application as stated at http://www.bluecard-eu.de is "University report: If necessary the valuation of the ZAB".

My university is outside Germany, so first of all I've given a look in the http://anabin.kmk.org database and understood that it is present there and has a positive status (H+). So I believe, no ZAB verification is needed.

So all I have to do now - is just to translate it into German with attorney approval and provide it together with my application for the Blue Card. Could you please advise if my understanding is correct?
