Hi Everyone,

Could you pleasre clarify me if a service company can provide required documents to get work permit in germany? without contract from client yet.
I am on deputation/onsite and have work permit to work ony for a specific company.

Plese provide me the info. also the procedure

If they are sponsoring your workpermit they will (have to) provide all necessary documents.
As far as I know, the documents required are same irrespective of the type of company.
If they have contract from client or not is their internal matter, you don't have to bother about that.
If they are offering a job, it is their duty to pay salary.
