can you please clarify my questions,
i had applied for dependent visa for germany, Bremen, here are the details
applied for visa on 08-May-2009 in vfs office bangalore, with in a week all documents was send to german immigration office.
Got appointment on Immigration office germany 21-july-2009.
after that bremen Immigration office have requested for marraige certificate verification and i got the letter for marriage verification from Indian consulate Chennai - 25-july-2009.
Submission of documents for marriage verification was done on 29-july-2009.

As of now its 13 weeks over,

all documents have been submited, degree cetification , german language certificate, house contract, salary slip,work contract etc .
now please let me know what duration will be taken for marriage verification?
when will i get my dependent visa.

contact ABH Bremen or Deutsche bortschaft in Bangalore, you should have the visa by now, the whole process takes 2-3 months only!

Bangalore consulate does not handle visa matter as of now.

Verification can take abt 1-2 months from 29th July. Enquire every alternate week with ABH Bremen and Chennai consulate.

My wife also applied for a family re-union visa on May 4th 2009. All formalities are over and she is going to German Consulate in Chennai on Monday to get the visa stamping. Ask your ABH Beamter/in about the visa status. My case was delayed due to my Beamter/in vacation. Check with your ABH.
