Hello to all

If someone is working with Webservices(JAX WS,JAXB,WSDL,SOAP) or having good xp in this things.
My Question -I need to hav a webservice test client tool who can be also used by a nonprogrammer(GUIbased)Can able to do test all things(bad input from user(most important) , stress test....)
I have found one SOAPUI but can someone recommend better one.which is not too much costly but with all features?

It costs around $200 for 1 year licence.

Hello once again.Actually I need some advise from someone who is working in this area(topic above).My company has given me a Task where I hav to test their webservices and also the clients(offline also both).
As im very new to this field If someone can help me then i will be very thankful.
