Hi,

I am a Pakistani living in UK on resident visa. I have got a job offer from Germany and will be moving there on blue card. I want to apply family reunion visa for my wife and children.

According to the info document (regarding family reunion visa) on uk.diplo.de it states one of the following document requirement,

proof of residency in the UK (e.g. council tax and employment/student confirmation) for applicant and partnet (if applicable).

Now my wife is a stay at home mom and I have bills and council tax of house in my name. so there is no official document that can proof that she lives with me.

Would the council tax with my name be acceptable as a proof?
If not then what other ways I can proof that she lives with me?
Would same be required for the children?
