Dear all,

Is it legal to change the Date of birth after living in Germany for several years as per the Birth certificate?

My country embassy said they can change the Date of birth in Passport as per the Birth certificate. This change will be accepted by Auslanderbehörde or it will cause a problem.

Need valuable advice from any lawyer or any experienced guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!
