I was deputed to Germany for 1 year (till 20 December 2016) from India and returned to India on 27th December2016.
Now I have got offer from German company. I have Residence permit valid till June 2017 but the work permit(Aufenthalstitel) is valid with my previous company.
 
Now my queries are:
1.Do I need to apply visa in India (since Residence permit is valid till June2017) or can I use my old Residence permit ?
2.Can I travel to Germany and apply for the Employer change?
 
While returning to India I have de registered my house .

Regarding your queries :

1. I don't think you need to apply for a visa as your residence permit is still valid so untill it's valid you can travel to Germany.

2. Regarding the second point, I am not sure however you can call on [font=Verdana, "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif]+49 30 1815 - 1111 and  I am sure they will help you.
