I'm planning to apply for EU blue card soon in Munich and got a query:

I did masters in Australia and my university has got H+ on http://anabin.kmk.org/no_cache/filter/institutionen.html.

Do I still need to get Ausländerbeschäftigung application filled by my employer? or can I apply with out Ausländerbeschäftigung  ?
