Working in Switzerland as a Contractor/Freelancer with German NE status

Does anyone have any information as to what the easiest way is to work in Switzerland as a Contractor/Freelancer if I have the German NE status. I hold a Zimbabwean passport and am therefore not an EU citizen. I currently live in Germany. Would I have to start my own Ltd. company or can I work with the German Freiberufler status in Switzerland as well or are there other ways of achieving this? Any help or information would be greatly appreciated!
