I am interested in a company in Germany and the company is interested in me. I am from India.

This company has never-ever hired a non-EU citizen before. So they are very worried about the work-permit procedure.

Please tell me the correct and exact procedure for work-permit. I mean what I need to do and what the company need to do to get me here working for them.

I will appreciate replies from people who have worked in Germany (specially indian citizens, but not in field of IT (because there the scene is different)). I am in chemical engineering field.
