Hi Guys,

I have a question regarding my health Insurance.Each month I pay nearly 245euros for KV(Kranken Versicherung) & 30 euros for PV(Pflege Versicherung) as my part.

Iam insured with barmer.Is there any way by which I can reduce these amounts.What I mean is like, may be in the 245 euros,for example, they cover for dental care,Chief Doctor & things like that. So if I say to them that I dont want these covers or some other covers,Is it possible to reduce the amount.

I could have asked them directly.but thought of suggestions from ur side..

is it private KV or not?

if it is usual you can only switch to another KV.
but you can change KV for free only when you change job.
if it is private you can change some options to get it cheaper.

It is a Gesetzlice Versicherung.
