Umschalten
hi all,

my friend came from India, he is on a tourist visa, so i think he can claim the tax back at airport by giving the duty free form... I want to buy few things to send it back home.

1.)How much % will be returned for tax free.
2.)How many Electronic Items can he take with him.
3.)Is this office where we collect the duty tax located after immigration or before.
4.)Please let me know if there is any rules and regulations.
5.)Is it possible for a person having a student visa could claim the Duty Tax.
6.)What documents should be taken with.

Thanks for your kind reply. awaiting reply asap.

VAT(19%) will be returned.

No limit, but you are under the mercy of Indian customs.

Only non-residents (C type visa) - duty free. Residents (includes students)

Receipts and duty free forms.
