Hallo All,

I would like to register a branch office (head office in other country) for business purposes.
I have few questions regarding this:

1. What is the procedure.
2. Where to register (KVR?)
3. How many types of branch offices are there in germany (categories)
4. Regarding Registartion fees.
5. Eligibity for opening a branch office.

I would be thankful if someone could help me in answering or posting your personal experiences.
