Working visa to Dependent visa

Hi,

I am from India, currently working in Germany, I have visa for 1 year(employment visa) & my husband is doing Ph.D, holding a student visa. But I am planning to terminate my contract next month due to some personal reasons, in which case can I change my working visa to dependent visa from here without going back to India?.

It would be great if you could help me with this.
