Please try to use a proper subject whenever you start a new thread. Please avoid words like these:

URGENT !!! - Of course everything is urgent.

PLEASE HELP - We are here to help. But we can help only after reading your post, and not your subject line.

Just a suggestion: The "Passport & Visa" thread could have been named: "How to transfer visa to new Passport" or "Transferring visa to new passport"

Only if we follow such guidelines will newcomers be able to find a particular topic, and this will avoid reposting the topic over and again.

We should also start work on the FAQ.
