I have been following this forum since I had plans of moving to Germany. Now that I have planned to move, I need your help please.

Could someone send me a cover letter template or a example cover letter to apply for dependant visa please. My spouse holds a blue card and holds a permanent job in IT Industry in Germany and I am planning to apply for dependant visa in a week time. So, any responses at the earliest would be appreciated.
