Dear Trust7 Members,

We currently live in Ratingen and will relocate to Frankfurt in 4 months time. The apartment we currently live in is rental and we have furnished the kitchen and the floor.
This house is free for rental four months later and we want to sell the kitchen and floor boards to whoever wants to move in. We have lived here only for 6 months so the furnishing for kitchen and flooring is brand new.
It's a beautiful apartment with one bedroom, guest room, living room, kitchen and bathroom with parking facility available located in a very quiet residential area.
The wohnung/apartment is 67 square meters.
Our kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, glass cooking panel, oven, sink and cupboards. This kitchen is very new and very well maintained. The kitchen was built by professionals and like I've mentioned before, it's new and well maintained. The floor boards were fixed by us and is also well maintained. The bathroom is also new. It was newly renovated by LEG.

The apartment is in a good location. There is a school, Netto, Aldi, Turkish Grocery Store, bakery, Apotheke, Doctor, Salon, DHL, Bus Stops within 150 meters of distance.
Netto - 50 meters, Aldi - 150 meters, Bus Stop - 100 meters, school - 75 meters
