I know this is already a discussed topic but I have few more questions,

1) Where and how I should start contacting them? Are the fees for these packages charged directly by the lawyers or by Trust7. Detlef, could you please update the next steps in your services section for these packages?

2) Can we deal with the laywers in English language throughout the process?

3) Package 1 tells "This amount will be deducted from later invoices if you decide to take further steps with us" does this mean when I switch to Package 2 I will only have to pay €640 .. if not how much more I have to add for the second package?

4) Package 2 tells "We charge EUR 750,-- incl. 16 % VAT, excl. expenses, for managing this process" I am not quite clear on this point with excluding expenses for managing process. Detlef, is it just €750 for complete process or it also depends on managing costs?

5) This question is for the already experienced candidates. Do you think for the applicant who already paid 4 years of pension have a fair chance
of getting NE. I know this alone parameter is not enugh for a nice answer but I do not want to reveal my personal stuff about salary and other things but do you ppl think this alone is effective? also how about language requirements?

I therefore request all those who are experiencing the consulation can update their experiences with these lawyers if they are allowed to do so and you could use this thread to start with.

5) this is definitely an open question and I think after dealing with VPMK lawyers the answers should be available.

5) for NE it is same if you have 4 years or 1 day of AE. It is not enough. You need 5 years (3 months are not the problem)
You do not need one single Rente and you need just basic german language.

3. Yes, you only pay 640 euros for second package when the 110 have been paid on first step.
4. 750 for complete process (except what you will have to pay to get the NE).
5. money for pension are not required anymore to get NE in case you have been GC.
