I was no long time in the forum...
I was just wanted to inform about my status.
I have submit my paper for Be before 1 Month and I still do not have any answer from my beamter.
I guess they still watch my documents and ask tem selsf what ist that...
Mean time my status at my arbeitsgeber has changed.I have speak with him openly and I get a better status and anderstanding.
I hope will last this time bit more.
In mean time I fulfill(for next 4 months) my 5 years in De and want to try for NE.
The problems is...I have apply for BE and still do not have answer ...I asume will get it soon, but after then (if I get BE) after 1 Months I will again have to ask and apply for NE...
Is this problem?
Before 1 months getting BE (if I get) and immideately asking for NE?
Or I have to call in ABH and ask them what to do and on what I am...

glad to read that things are getting well with your employer.

And just to let you know, you can even ask for it in 1 day of intervall, as long as you fulfill the requirements, nothing can go or prevent you to demand your rights.

Think more about yourself and your interests and not about interests of the ABH employees. From my experience you did not any answer till now due to following reasons:

a) They do not write you back because they do not know what to write.

b) They have too many requests, so it is not your turn yet

c) The person which decides about such complex things is in vacation or is sick.

Normally it helps if you call them and ask what is happening. Do that.

You do not have "Ansprüch" to get BE ("...kann erteilt werden").

However, you DO have "Ansprüch" to get NE ("...ist zu erteilen").

Just go and ask whatever you can get. It is your good right.
