I have some question about “Work Conucil”or “Betriebsrat” in a company.
What is it and what should they do?
Is there any benefit for us to joint this group or team in our company?
It would be nice if you could tell me your experience about it or tell me your idea about it.

Sorry my mean is „Work Council“

The Betriebsrat should take about the rights of the workes in bigger companies. It should be normally critically oriented towards the company management.

If you are member of the Betriebsrat, AFAIK, you cannot be fired for the time being.

Betriebsrat is also asked when somebody should be employed in the company, but also when somebody should be fired.

This is quite complex topic and it is regulated with the Betriebsverfassungsgesetz.
